Fit4Life

Fit4Life exercise classes for Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological movement disorders meets in the Ranch View Room in the Douglas County Community Center located in Gardnerville. Classes are held 3 days per week every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Level one (1) class: 12pm-1pm. Level two (2) class: 1pm-2pm​

 

Classes are held under the direction of Certified Physical Trainers, Tessa LoPresto and Lisa Greene.
